Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. You may request a refund or cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.
Valid Cases
- Delivery not completed within 15 minutes.
- Payment processed but status is failed or pending.
- System errors causing misdelivery (excluding user-provided mistakes).
How to Request
- Email mlbbretail@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason.
- We'll respond within 2 hours to start the review.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are credited to your Paytm account within 3-5 business days; you'll receive a confirmation email.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests after the 24-hour window.
- Successful deliveries to correct accounts.
- Issues from incorrect user details.
Partial Refunds
In partial delivery scenarios, refunds may be proportional to the undelivered portion.
